The strength in young college and university graduates

College and university graduate

Young people - who have earned college and university degrees - can be more productive in the church and wider community, if their environment is well-suited to realize their academic and professional potential. Often, in the church and wider community environment, these educated members volunteer under the existing challenging environment, where opinions and majority votes determine the outcome of decisions, particularly in our third-world regions. However, young Senegalese and Gambian college and university graduates across the United States, Senegal, and Gambia have been trained in school and at the workplace to conduct their actions and behaviors, following well-established principles and processes practiced across the globe (also practically outlined in the bible). Without the ability to conduct activities accordingly, they become dormant in the church and in our communities, uninterested in taking up positions, and lack motivation when decisions are determined based on opinions, emotions, and majority votes. CCLK Networking creates a project management environment, where young leaders with valuable knowledge, motivated and creative, can initiate and pursue practical and effective solutions to problems for their own development and the realization of their dreams in the workplace, their businesses, church, and in the wider community. These solutions address actual challenges and complexities, requiring resourcefulness and connection with regional and global experts and organizations across the United States, Europe, Senegal, and Gambia.
